1. How can I find the moulding I'm looking for?

From the home page or from the site map you can search according to profiles, finishes or innovations. You can also search by clicking on the top bar on the "Products" link.

You can also write the name of the moulding or finish in the search tool appearing in the top right hand corner of each page.

2. Are the pictures reliable representations of the mouldings ?

We have made a special effort to ensure that the pictures on screen are reliable representations of the mouldings. However, owing to various computer configurations and colours, it is not guaranteed that the pictures are an exact representation. On the page of each moulding we include the corresponding dimensions and finishes. We recommend that you request information on the representative in your area so as to arrange a visit for a personal presentation to our line of mouldings.

3. Where are the mouldings made?

The mouldings are made entirely in our factory in Muro ( Alicante, España).

4. How can I place an order?

Contact our Sales Department to request products:

Office hours: 08:00 - 14:00 and 15:30 - 19:30 (+1 GMT)

Upon receipt of an order, check that the articles included are those you requested. If this is not the case, see our return policy.

5. Return policy

If, owing to an oversight by Markestil, the dispatch does do not correspond to the client's order we kindly request our customers to contact us within the term of one week after the mouldings have been received.

We shall provide guidelines for returning the order.

6. Privacy policy

In Markestil we treat our clients' personal information according to the recommended ruling on security and confidentiality.

We willingly comply with the data protection self-control standards, recommended in Spain by the Association of the Self-Control of Publicity, as well as stipulated in the Automated Treatment of Personal Data Act (LORTAD, 5/1992, of 29 October). On an international level, we follow the guidelines of TRUSTe and Online Privacy Alliance for the protection of identifiable individual information and the indicated security recommendations.

In Markestil we do not share our e-mailing list or sell or provide our clients' data to other companies or third parties.

7. How can I receive company news?

By joining our distribution list. This way, each month you will receive information on our activities (new mouldings, tradefair attendance, etc.).
