The search for quality begins with the selection of raw materials in the wood plantations.

Once the wood arrives at our factory, it is stored and dried in the open air for over a year. This drying process affords our articles greater stability and resistance and guarantees the wood soundness.

The quality of our products is controlled by each worker in their respective production stage. Furthermore, there is a team exclusively dedicated to quality control, final packaging, and visual and textural inspections. Each moulding stick bears a number corresponding to the person who verified it, and also a label with the bar code. The product identification includes information such as the type of basic wood used, which other moulding companies do not usually provide.
